African International Technical College, is a premier educational institution dedicated to providing cutting-edge education in technology and engineering fields. With a commitment to excellence, AITEC aims to nurture a new generation of professionals equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in today's rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Inception

African International Technical College(AITEC) was incepted on 1st April 2023 as a premier technical college at Mogotio Town at the border of Nakuru and Baringo counties. The college is situated right at the Equator. So the world revolves around here! The pioneer students numbering 72 joined the college in May, 2023. Thereafter another 128 students joined in September 2023. The January 2024 intake saw over 100 additional students joining the college. It is expected that by May 2024, the college will be hosting over 100-strong students pursuing various courses.

The college has made many strides along its short journey including but not limited to:

  • Full registration and accreditation with TVETA, KNEC and Ministry of Education.
  • Recruitment of over 40 highly qualified members of faculty and essential staff.
  • Equipping of several state of the art technical and science laboratories /workshops.
  • Establishment of cosy hostels and catering facilities.
  • Inauguration of students council.
  • Support of AITEC FC and other outdoor/indoor sports facilities.
  • Support for chaplaincy and Christian union to foster spiritual nourishment….and the journey continues.
